Halifax Donair - Chicken Skewers

Feeds 4 to 6 ppl


4 Chicken Breasts

4 tsp rub that RUBS Halifax Donair blend

4 to 6 Skewers

1 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil



Cube 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts.

Place in a bowl

Add 4 tsp of rub that RUBS Halifax Donair blend,

Squeeze one fresh lemon and add 1 tbsp olive oil into the bowl

Stir and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or more.

Preheat your BBQ to 350 F

Pull the chicken on to metal skewers or soaked bamboo skewers.

Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes then turn with tongs for another 5 minutes.

 Continue to turn until cooked fully.


Serve with fresh pita bread and Tzatziki
